Le federazioni "affiliate alla Fifa devono gestire i propri affari in modo indipendente e senza indebita influenza da parte di terzi", si legge nella lettera, che segue un avvertimento lanciato immediatamente alla Fifa alle autorità calcistiche brasiliane. "Le norme sono chiare. L'intervento di poteri esterni non è in alcun modo consentito", ha esplicitato all'Afp una fonte interna alla Cbf.
