Clause 3.1. Any team that provides uniforms for athletes and team officials that do not comply with the requirements of the competition regulations in each competition will be fined between 10,000 and 20,000 baht per offense.
Except in cases of reasonable force majeure occurring on match day, the assessor, referee officiating that match, or match supervisor may, at their discretion, make appropriate changes to allow the match to continue. However, if it is not a force majeure event, liability will be held, and compensation will be paid in each instance if claimed by the sponsors, for example, for not wearing the sponsor's insignia on the right sleeve.
If a team's uniform contains content that damages the association's image, violates the law, public order, morality, or the overall interests of the association, a fine of 20,000 to 100,000 baht will be imposed per offense.

MEA Futsal Thai League 2026 playoffs
The playoffs are a crucial period in the race for the MEA Futsal Thai League 2026 championship, where every game matters and every yellow or red card could affect a player's chances of playing.
Today, Futsal Thailand invites futsal fans to understand Regulation 7.11, which concerns the disciplinary scoring system in the playoffs, in a simple way.
🟡🔴1. The playoffs begin. Everyone starts counting their scores again.
At the end of the qualifying round, all player points from yellow and red cards will be revoked.
But there's an important exception!
If an athlete has received a suspension or disciplinary penalty and has not yet served it, they must continue to serve their penalty, even if they enter the playoffs.
Remember this simple rule: "Removes accumulated points, but not penalties."
🟨🟥2. How are yellow and red cards scored?
In the playoffs, each type of yellow or red card received will be counted towards disciplinary points as follows:
🟨One yellow card = 2 points
🟨🟥A second yellow card resulting in a red card = 4 points.
🟥Direct red card = 6 points
🟨+🟥A yellow card combined with a direct red card = 8 points.
🟥Red card for violence = 12 points
These points will be accumulated to determine disciplinary actions such as suspension from competition, based on established criteria.
3. How many points must be accumulated before needing to rest for how many matches?
According to Section 7.11.3, the following criteria are established:
Accumulate 6 points = 1 match break.
Accumulate 12 points = 2 matches off.
Accumulate 18 points = 3 matches off.
The suspension will take effect in the next match.
Things you should know!
Receiving two yellow cards in a single game, resulting in a red card, will count towards 4 points and does not automatically lead to a suspension from the points system, unless the total points reach a certain threshold.
However, any other disciplinary action will continue to be in accordance with the regulations of the Football Association of Thailand.
4. The round is over. What will the accumulated points be?
The playoffs are divided into three rounds:
Quarter-finals
semifinals
Final round
At the end of each round of the competition, any accumulated points from yellow and red cards that have not resulted in suspensions will be canceled before proceeding to the next round.
However, if the accumulated points result in a suspension, the athlete must serve that suspension until it is completed.
5. Give an example to illustrate this.
Suppose an athlete is competing in the quarter-finals.
First match: Received 1 yellow card = Accumulated 2 points.
Second match: Received a direct red card = Added 6 points.
That's a total of 8 points.
When an athlete's accumulated points reach 6, they will be suspended for one match.
Even though the club has advanced to the semi-finals and the accumulated points are reset before the start of the new round, the one-match suspension that has already been imposed will not be revoked.
Points that have not yet resulted in further penalties will be reset according to regulations.
In summary, here are 4 important things to remember.
1 The playoffs begin. The accumulated points from yellow and red cards are cleared.
2 During the playoffs, disciplinary points are awarded based on the type of yellow and red cards.
3 Accumulating 6, 12, or 18 points results in a suspension of 1, 2, or 3 matches, respectively.
4 At the end of each round, only points that have not yet resulted in penalties are cleared, but penalties that have already been incurred must be accepted.
Because every game in the playoffs matters!

Futsal Thai League 2026: multe per 51.666 baht all’Hongyen Thakam e per 30.000 baht al Port Authority
Il 27 ottobre 2026, la Commissione disciplinare e per il fair play si è riunita per la nona seduta della stagione 2026/27, sotto la presidenza di Watcharin Phanurat.
La Commissione ha esaminato un caso di incidenti verificatisi durante la competizione di futsal MEA Futsal Thai League 2026, nella partita del 17 ottobre 2026 tra Hongyen Thakam Club e Port Authority ASM Futsal Club.
Ricostruzione degli incidenti
1. Prima della partita: i tifosi del Port Authority ASM hanno acceso fuochi d’artificio nel parcheggio dell’impianto sportivo.
2. Al termine della partita: i sostenitori delle due squadre si sono lanciati numerosi oggetti dagli spalti, provocando un’escalation degli scontri.
3. Aggressione sugli spalti: durante la confusione, un tifoso dell’Hongyen Thakam Club, uomo con una maglia rossa, è entrato in campo e ha colpito al volto un sostenitore del Port Authority ASM che si trovava sugli spalti del settore ospiti.
4. Scontro con il dirigente: mentre il team manager dell’Hongyen Thakam Club, Samart Yusiri, cercava di fermare gli incidenti, un tifoso del Port Authority ASM gli ha lanciato una bottiglia d’acqua colpendolo alla testa. In seguito, Samart ha rivolto il dito medio al tifoso in questione.
Decisioni della Commissione disciplinare
1. Port Authority ASM – fuochi d’artificio
La tifoseria del Port Authority ASM è stata sanzionata per aver acceso fuochi d’artificio prima dell’inizio della partita.
In base al regolamento disciplinare della competizione di futsal, in combinato disposto con il regolamento disciplinare della Federcalcio thailandese, la sanzione prevista era di 30.000 baht. Tuttavia, poiché la competizione rientra nelle disposizioni del capitolo 3, ottavo comma, la multa è stata ridotta a un terzo, portandola a 10.000 baht.
2. Entrambi i club – lancio di oggetti e rissa tra tifoserie
Le tifoserie dell’Hongyen Thakam Club e del Port Authority ASM, responsabili del lancio reciproco di oggetti, sono state riconosciute colpevoli di rissa tra sostenitori delle due squadre.
In applicazione dell’articolo 6.4, capitolo 3, del regolamento disciplinare della competizione di futsal, è stata inflitta a ciascun club una multa di 20.000 baht.
3. Hongyen Thakam Club – aggressione a un tifoso avversario
Il tifoso dell’Hongyen Thakam Club che ha aggredito un sostenitore del Port Authority ASM è stato ritenuto responsabile di un’aggressione all’interno dell’impianto sportivo.
La sanzione prevista dal regolamento era di 50.000 baht. In virtù della riduzione a un terzo prevista per questa competizione, la multa è stata fissata a 16.666 baht.
4. Samart Yusiri, team manager dell’Hongyen Thakam Club – gesto offensivo
Samart Yusiri, dirigente dell’Hongyen Thakam Club, è stato sanzionato per aver rivolto il dito medio a un tifoso del Port Authority ASM.
In base all’articolo 4.3, capitolo 3, del regolamento disciplinare della competizione, la Commissione ha disposto:
- Squalifica per una partita, con divieto di svolgere le proprie funzioni nell’area di gioco.
- Multa di 5.000 baht.
5. Hongyen Thakam Club – mancata gestione degli incidenti
L’Hongyen Thakam Club, in qualità di squadra ospitante, è stato sanzionato per non essere riuscito a prevenire o contenere gli incidenti verificatisi nell’impianto sportivo, che hanno danneggiato l’immagine del campionato professionistico di futsal.
In applicazione dell’articolo 5.15, capitolo 3, del regolamento disciplinare della competizione, il club ha ricevuto una multa di 10.000 baht.

Regolamento disciplinare della competizione di futsal
- Articolo 2.4: consente di applicare, per analogia, le norme disciplinari della Federcalcio thailandese, dell’AFC o della FIFA nei casi non espressamente contemplati dal regolamento della competizione.
- Articolo 4.3: i comportamenti o le dichiarazioni provocatorie che compromettono l’ordine durante una partita possono comportare una giornata di sospensione e una multa da 5.000 a 10.000 baht.
- Articolo 6.4: le risse con i tifosi avversari, dentro o fuori dall’impianto, prima, durante o dopo la partita, sono punibili con una multa da 15.000 a 30.000 baht.
Regolamento disciplinare della Federcalcio thailandese
- Articolo 4.3: l’utilizzo di materiali che disturbano arbitri o giocatori, nonché comportamenti inappropriati nell’impianto sportivo, come l’accensione di fuochi d’artificio, petardi o altri dispositivi che producono fumo, comporta una multa da 30.000 a 60.000 baht.
- Articolo 4.9: un’aggressione fisica all’interno dell’impianto sportivo, che non provochi danni fisici o psicologici, è punibile con una multa di 50.000 baht. Se provoca lesioni o conseguenze più gravi, la multa può variare da 50.000 a 200.000 baht, oltre al risarcimento delle spese mediche. Può inoltre essere valutata un’ulteriore sanzione per il club ospitante.
- Articolo 5.15: il club ospitante che non riesca a prevenire o contenere incidenti che danneggiano l’immagine del futsal professionistico può ricevere una multa da 10.000 a 20.000 baht e/o il divieto di organizzare almeno una partita in casa, fino alla risoluzione delle carenze riscontrate e alla loro approvazione da parte degli organizzatori.
Riduzione delle sanzioni
Il capitolo 3, ottavo comma, stabilisce che, per le competizioni amatoriali di calcio in Thailandia e per tutte le competizioni organizzate dalla Federazione, le multe sono applicate nella misura di un terzo dell’importo previsto dal regolamento.

The Volleyball Association of Thailand is preparing for the 22nd Thailand Volleyball League 2027
Mr. Somporn Chaibangyang, President of the Volleyball Association of Thailand, chaired a meeting for club members to prepare for the 22nd Volleyball Thailand League 2027, which will kick off its first match on November 13th at The Mall Bang Khae.
Representatives from club teams in the Thailand League and Pro Challenge attended this meeting to clarify the rules and regulations of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and to conduct a draw to determine the competition dates.
For professional volleyball, the Volleyball Thailand League 2027 (VTL 2027) will consist of 124 matches over 17 weeks, held at 3 venues: The Mall Bang Khae, The Mall Bang Kapi, and Nakhon Ratchasima. This year, TrueVisions NOW will continue to broadcast every match live for volleyball fans. Free-to-air channels will also broadcast live on GMM25 and ONE31.
The participating clubs in the men's category include: 1. Nakhon Ratchasima 3M Film VC Volleyball Club, 2. Diamond Food Finechef – Samut Sakhon, 3. A4S Koh Kood Cabana, 4. Bandhit Asia-Muang Phon, 5. The champion team receives 1,000,000 baht in prize money, the runner-up receives 450,000 baht, third place receives 250,000 baht, and fourth place receives 150,000 baht.
Regarding professional volleyball, the 2027 Pro Challenge tournament, which aims to select the two best men's and women's teams to advance to the 2027 Thailand League, has been rescheduled to October 21-27 at the Health and Sports Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok.

The Football Association of Thailand under Royal Patronage, in conjunction with Sisaket Province, held a press conference to announce their readiness to host the 52nd King's Cup football tournament at the Gallery Design Hotel in Sisaket Province on October 19, 2026.
The event confirmed the highest level of readiness in all aspects, including welcoming the teams from various countries and the fans, as well as the competition venues. A key highlight was the draw for the semi-finals, which this year features four participating nations: Thailand (the host nation), ranked 93rd in the world; Oman, ranked 81st in the world; Tajikistan, ranked 100th in the world; and Brunei, ranked 196th in the world.
The event was graced by the presence of distinguished figures who confirmed their readiness, led by "Madam Pang" Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand, Mr. Anurak Thampramajitt, Governor of Sisaket Province, and Mr. Ratwit Angkasakulkiat, Vice President of the Sisaket Provincial Sports Association.
"Madam Pang" Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand, stated that, as President of the Football Association of Thailand, she is delighted and honored that the 52nd King's Cup football tournament in 2026 will be held in Sisaket Province for the first time in history, as it is one of the provinces with the greatest love, passion, and enthusiasm for football in Thailand.

The King's Cup features four teams: Thailand (host nation, ranked 93rd in the world), Oman (ranked 81st), Tajikistan (ranked 100th), and Brunei (ranked 196th). Oman and Brunei are participating in the King's Cup for the first time. The tournament will take place during the FIFA International Match Calendar from November 9th to 17th, with the semi-finals on November 14th and the final on November 17th. It has also been officially recognized by FIFA as an A-Match, contributing to the FIFA Ranking points.
To date, the Football Association of Thailand has organized 51 King's Cup tournaments, each receiving significant interest and positive feedback. This year, I am confident it will be the most anticipated King's Cup to date. Recently, Sisaket province, led by Mr. Siriphong Angkasakulkiat, Deputy Minister of Transport and President of the Sisaket Provincial Sports Association, has been diligently upgrading the island-based stadium, increasing its capacity to 17,000 from the previous 15,000. This is to accommodate the anticipated high attendance and attract even more football fans from Sisaket and surrounding areas to experience the tournament.
Finally, as a province renowned as a "Sports City," the first province to have two teams simultaneously promoted to the Thai League—Sisaket United and Rasi Salai—and a province that has produced numerous Thai national team footballers, such as current players like Supachok Sarachat and Supanut Mueanta, I believe there is no province more suitable to host this year's King's Cup than Sisaket. I would like to thank all the administrators and stakeholders in the province once again for their cooperation in bringing the King's Cup to this football-crazy region. And I invite all football fans to support and cheer on the Thai national team and help write a new chapter in Sisaket's history together!
Mr. Anurak Thampramajitt, Governor of Sisaket Province, revealed that, “It is a source of pride to be selected as the venue for this legendary football match. He emphasized that Sisaket is a city with unique charm, boasting beautiful Southern Isaan culture and local specialties like volcanic durian. The province has collaborated with all sectors to prepare for the large crowds, including traffic management, accommodation, and top-level security, to provide a memorable experience and hopefully stimulate tourism in the region.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Rattavit Angkasakulkiat, Vice President of the Sisaket Provincial Sports Association, confirmed the readiness of the main venue, "Sisaket Provincial Stadium (Island in the Middle of the Water)," stating that it has been fully upgraded, including the condition of the grass field, lighting system, and various facilities to meet international standards. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on fan access by implementing a transparent ticketing system, both online and at the stadium entrance, along with strict measures to combat ticket scalping, ensuring everyone can enjoy the atmosphere equally.
The highlight of the event is the draw for the semi-final pairings, which will be held on November 14, 2026. The results of the draw are as follows:
Match 1: Oman vs. Tajikistan at 4:00 PM.
Match 2: Thailand vs. Brunei at 7:30 PM.
The final match will be held on November 17, 2026. The winning team will secure a ticket to the finals at 7:30 PM. The third-place match will be at 4:00 PM. All matches will be action-packed at the Sisaket Provincial Stadium (island in the middle of the water).
