September 27, 2023 at Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel, Bangkok, Volleyball Association of Thailand Held a press conference for the 8th Volleyball Academy League competition in 2023 and the Pro Challenge 2024 professional volleyball competition.

The 8th Volleyball Academy League 2023 will compete between 3-8 October 2023 at Thesaban 1 School (Yiam Kessuwan), Samut Prakan Province. There will be 8 clubs from the Volleyball Thailand League season 2022-. 23 participated in the competition
As for the competition format It will be divided into 2 groups of 4 teams. Each group will compete in a round robin format. To rank 1-4 and will be paired with No. 1 meets No. 4 and No. 2 meets No. 3 in the quarter-finals per year.
Meanwhile, Volleyball Pro Challenge 2024 will compete between 10-15 October 2023 at the Nimibutr Sports Building. National Stadium And there will be 7 teams competing in each category to select 2 teams to be promoted to the Volleyball Thailand League in the 2023-24 season.
In total, 7 teams will divide the competition into 2 groups, 4 teams per group and 3 teams per group. Each group competes in a round robin format. To select 1-2nd place from each group. Continue through to the semi-finals.
