Muang Thai League (Thai League 2) Implements VAR Cross Hair 3D for All Matches Starting Matchday 27
As part of the policy introduced by "Madam Pang" Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand under Royal Patronage and CEO of Thai League Co., Ltd., the Muang Thai League (Thai League 2) will integrate VAR technology in the second leg of the 2024/25 season. This aims to enhance fairness and transparency in officiating.
Recently, the association has inspected the stadiums of all 17 clubs in Muang Thai League, ensuring they meet the standards set by FIFA and IFAB. Additionally, the system has been upgraded from VAR Light to VAR Cross Hair 3D, the same technology used in the Revo Thai League (T1). As a result, from Matchday 27 until the final matchday, VAR Cross Hair 3D will be implemented in every match, every week.
