No Thai, Filipino, male-female gallop! FIVB selects host nation VNL 2022
FIVB confirms VNL host nation without Thailand including the Philippines also organized competitions for both the men's team and the women's team
The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has announced that the host nations of the 2022 Volleyball Nations League (VNL) will be present for both the men's and women's teams.
VNL 2022 changes the format of the new competition. The competition will be divided into 2 groups of 8 teams each, with each team playing 12 matches in the first round from a total of 3 weeks, and the teams ranked 1-4 in each group. will qualify for the finals or Finals that will be played by knockout in Week 4.
In the men's team category And the women's team will compete for 3 weeks in the first round. Divided into 2 fields per week, the women's team competition will begin on May 31, 2022 and the men's team will start on June 7, 2022.
For the Thai national team, in the first week they will be in Group B and will compete in Ankara, Turkey, and the second week will be in Group B in Pasay City, Philippines. before culminating in the group stage in Ufa, Russia
