"Recently, WADA has a letter dated February 2, 2022 stating that according to WADA's Board of Directors announced on October 7, 2021 that the Doping Control Agency of Thailand (DCAT) does not comply with the WADA Code , DCAT has now taken full action in Compliance, that is, the law has been revised to be in line with the WADA Code. Upon the recommendation of the WADA Compliance Review Board on January 11, 2022, the WADA Board of Directors has decided by circular voting. Which ended on February 2, 2022 and decided that DCAT has been removed from the list of non-compliance with WADA rules with immediate effect. This is great news for the sports industry in Thailand.
